Toxic Duo Banning in Ranked Matchmaking

Hi all,

Earlier today when I tried to play ranked, two individuals who came in as a duo banned champions that two of us had selected. At first they explained they did not see the champs that the other three of us had selected, and it seemed like an honest mistake to me, one of the two who had their champions banned. The other guy who had his champion banned dodged the game, as we all agreed that having two party members' ideal champions being gone was too much to bear and the duo that had banned our champs did not want to dodge and lose lp.

This is where things got toxic. After that guy dodged, I met the duo again in queue. Once again, the duo banned champions that we had selected and it was clear that they were intent on making people lose lp by dodging and not actually playing a single game. However, I was unable to get screenshots because I was in the moment and I had to explain to the other two members in the queue that the duo wanted people to lose lp and that they should get out of the queue after I dodged.

I really wish there was an option where players could go view queue history, and not just match history. Unfortunately I cannot recall their names, even though I am writing this just 10 minutes after this happened.

This just goes to show how poor Riot's matchmaking system is, punishing players who dodge without considering the reason behind the dodge. Yes, some people will give leave games for reasons such as "my house is on fire" which cannot be proven, but there are situations where dodging a queue for a legitimate reason can be proven (comments and queue history).

Hopefully Riot can implement queue history in the future and I will be able to look through the logs and report these individuals. This is disgusting behavior and I hope that anyone who gets caught doing this gets perma-banned.

So if you are the two individuals that lost me lp and are reading this, go screw yourselves.
