Thoughts on gunblade

Gunblade active does too much damage for the utility it offers from the rest of its kit, mixed in with the slow that lets you pretty much root someone for a short while to ensure any kind of followup abilitiy like kat daggers or akali q confirms. Once these champions build this item they just seem to win laning phase solely because they bought the item. Someone comes back with gunblade they immediatly trade and use the gunblade active, since this item is just point and click cc + large damage theres no possibility to miss. You trade back damage and maybe you even outrade somehow by making an outplay using your kit better, then the champion during this time of abilities on cooldown instantly heals from passive + gunblade as in the case of akali or mass aoe waveclear as for kat who is also resourcless. Not to mention that these assassins snowball incredibly hard with kills, they shouldnt be gifted a simple easy to use item that gives high stats a really strong passive and a overtuned active.

I feel its important to note that on top of having these incredibly synergistic easy to use, easy to snowball item both these champs dont have difficult kits to use particularly. The skill floor for these champions is too high (in terms of what a ranked beginner can get out of a champion(conversly a low skill floor would mean a beginner would get low value out of the champion ex.draven,TF,nunu), so intermediate+ players can easily pick these champions up and buy gunblade for an almost guaranteed means of snowballing the game without earning the advantage, unless you figure that allowing the champion to get to that point is the advntage earned.
