Can't login to PBE/Send a support ticket either

Wanted to log in to the PBE to try out senna and none of my passwords worked, so i simply changed my password.. except that just changed my normal NA account's password and my PBE account still says wrong password??? Tried to send in a ticket for help but the window literally does nothing after the first drop down bar. So here I am at my last resort to find some way to fix this
