Hi i was wondering how do u play against kennen because i am struggling with it since :
You can't even run straight to him as he will just stun you and walk back.
And if you keep forcing it, he will just fuck you with Slicing Maelstrom.
He is probably the most annoying laner to go against.
You either have to play Irelia or Ranged cancer like him.
... i main top lane and was unaware that Kennan was an issue, for that reason i suggest learning to play jacye, j4 or pantheon in the top lane and using them to tear out his tiny hamster soul.
play darius/garen. hard counters inside of close ranged. take ghost/flash (interchangeable) and whatever else you want to use.
Are you a tank? Buy a spirit visage, banner, or adaptive helm. Are you a bruiser? Buy a hex drinker. Are you a mage, a banshees veil will stop his easy stun combo entirely. Are you an adc? He's not your problem early, so pick a QSS up mid. Are you a support? Grab a mikaels, locket, and redemption. Counter his aoe and stuns.
Champions that have ranged harass can do very well against him, as well as champs with good sustain. Pick up that early MR as nasus and laugh as he tickles you doing no damage. Play Mundo and put a cleaver in his back when he tries to kite you.
It might not be the most elegant, but those are ways to deal.
I find Singed far more annoying personally; fast AND tanky, and if you ignore him he just goes and pesters your immobile carries...
since im a support player, my only advice is

basically just build defensively so he can't snowball early on. best way to beat him. He actually needs a buff IMO but his kit is good in the right hands.

If you have trouble against zeds, yasuo, warwicks, akali, kennen..exhaust hard fucks them come team fight time and can save your ass when they try to all in you.
