Worlds Token 2019 finish ? / Qiyana skin availability ?

So I'm currently farming tokens for the prestige Qiyana skin but was wondering what is the date for the cut off for when I wont be able to receive tokens anymore as well as how long with the skin be out for sale.

The event ends on the 19th (end of ranked season as well), so you have till then to gain tokens. Tokens can still be used up to the 25th.
