Zoe freezes the lane and I can't get any CS because I'm melee and her stupid zoning tools are on such a short cooldown.

If I get hit by her long range Q, then there goes half my health and I can't use item 2031 because they don't heal enough so I'm forced to spend a lot of money on item 2003 and the costs add up. I could have got a item 1033 with that money.

Zoe rushes item 3157 first item so I can't kill her as Zed because all she needs to do is press zhonyas or she can just flash away from my ult or flash my Q guaranteeing minimal damage and she can still spam her abilities even though zhonyas doesn't give mana because her abilities have low mana costs.

She can also get teleport from her W so whenever she gets low on mana she can just recall and then teleport back to lane to zone me from CS and deny me farm so I become useless as an assassin because the only thing an assassin has is damage and if he has no gold, he has no damage.

If I get hit by her full combo and she has item 3100, and I don't have item 3155, I will die or be forced to back and she can push we wave into my tower and deny me even more farm and at that point I've lost the lane and she can call her jungler for a tower dive since I'm so behind.

Please make it so Zoe can't get teleport from her W and give her Q and E a higher cooldown.

If you're playing as zed and don't know how to use your abilities, that's on you.

Oh no, a champion can use a 5 minute cooldown that every champion in the game has access to!

Do you understand just how ridiculous you sound right now?

One thing I will agree with is that TP shouldn't drop from minions. It's far too swingy when it happens, and can win a lane by RNG alone. But most of what you're complaining about comes down to you needing to git gud.
