Two passive effects (unnamed and SHIV LIGHTNING) changed to ENERGIZED and a unique passive. UNIQUE PASSIVE - ENERGIZED: Moving and attacking will make an attack Kircheis Shard item Energized. Your Kircheis Shard item Energized attacks deal 60 − 140 (based on level) bonus magic damage on hit. UNIQUE PASSIVE: Kircheis Shard item Energized attacks bounce to 5 targets and can Critical strike icon critically strike."

How could riot make these changes to rapid firecannon and statikk shiv without putting it in the patch notes. I was playing in urf and read the passives to find out they're the same. According to this they do not stack, this is a major change and should've been included in the patch notes.

As far as I know, this is just a format thing and actually doesn't change anything. Static Shiv and RFC should still work the same. All the effects (more range, damage to towers, chain lightning) get added to the attack, just the energized damage is a named unique passive, meaning that you just get the damage of 1 of the items.

They probably just felt like they should unify the effects like that because of the changes made to Stormrazor. Nothing got nerfed here. The combo is actually buffed because of the existence of Stormrazor now.

I could be wrong since I am a support main, but I thought that was changed months ago... Look back in previous patch notes.

Because it carves out a niche for Stormrazor to be built.

So if you bought both items which passive would work
