"Play Again" button

So, after taking a year or so hiatus from LoL, I came back, and found that the "Play Again" button still doesn't seem to work as one would think it would after what, a year, year and a half now? It doesn't actually set you to play again. One would imagine it would put you back into queue with the same settings you had from the previous game, but it just puts you into a lobby again.

Does anyone know why the "Play Again" button either hasn't been changed to do what it says or changed to "Back to Lobby"?
