i just got chat restricted and i've noticed it's left me unable to call shots and communicate easier which has lead some of teammates to die unnecessarily. if you look at my chat logs most of my messages were chat logs.
is this game still in alpha?

High elo players can be toxic too. All elos can use the chat to communicate. Same punishment for same crime.
If you don't want to get chat restricted don't be toxic

You were chat restricted because you weren't actually using chat for calling shots and communicating about the game. You can still use chat during the restriction, it just limits you. I suggest you use those few chat messages wisely.
