Getting banned and Riot not telling me why

It's been a while since I got banned now and I still feel justice has not be served for my account.

I feel like I'm in a very similar situation to this guy here, at the time I used very similar programs, at the time I was using Playstv to record replays.

I contacted riot support on multiple occasions and they would constantly send me the same copy pasta message not telling me why I was banned,

At this point I'd very much like to just get my account back, I'm not mad, please I'd like someone to help me resolve this grievance.
