I need to talk about the skins 2017-2018 and bros need champ e-girl skins to not get flamed.

I've noticed that the majority of the skins within AT LEAST a year, have went to mid laners, supports, and junglers. Sometimes they would do skins for adcs and top laners... and I keep wondering why, I know that there's the most popular and the least popular roles in the game; I need to know other reasons why. This forum post should give you some idea of what I'm trying to get across here.

Is it because mid laners tend to spend more RP on the game than the average player? Or is it possible mid has the largest male population who just prefer to "gender-swap" in their games, according to this article? To be fair, men really love to play female champions not just for aesthetics, but to get more favorable reactions from their team mates if their champion is FEMALE!!! This may possibly have a in game advantage if the male player plays a lot of ranked Solo Q.

Here's a real example, this stuff actually happens in my games. I notice that I get WAY more compliments when I play Janna like a god than when I play Twitch and Varus COMBINED when I play like a god as well on them! This should really tell you a lot that your champion's gender will decide your game is going to be like with your team mates...

Now, if your mid (who's playing a male champ) makes a god tier play, will you complement them as good if they played a female champ? Be honest with yourself...

Maybe jokingly with my friends saying dumb shit. But honestly idgaf if you playing a male champ/female champs except for the champ in actual question. Honestly riot releases its skins based on who they project will buy them. Ahri/lux seem to be stable favorites. Also twitch got a skin this last year with omega squad.

people expect you to carry when you play an attack damage carry (ADC) Let's just say that janna has more mechanical potential than, say, twitch. So if you play janna well (disengage, peel, save allies etc) you'll be more likely to @impress@ your team than if you AA their whole team to death while sitting behind your team.
