PBE says to install again?

Hi! I clicked an icon called "League client" in the PBE folder and it said repairing but it wouln;t go passed 25% so i just closed it and clicked lol.launcher which usually opens up PBE, but now it's telling me to install league even though i already have it, can anyone help? thanks!
