Ping issues

Welp my ping randomly spikes from 60ms to 600ms and if u havent noticed there is an extra 0 added. That started last week so i guess its not my internet becouse i ve being having no issues what so ever for more than a year with my ping and i really dont know what to do. As you may already know 600ms is actyally unplayable i guess its fine going from 70 to 90-100 ms but 60 to 600 thats ridicilous. Please reply if u know anything that may fix it.
