Accidentaly chose Japan as my region

Good Day. I need some help with this. Today i wanted to switch from EUNE to West, but i accidentaly clicked on region "Japan". Then it automaticaly gave me 10sec to close the client or else its gonna close it self and then it just started downloading 5gb of some data. So I simply wanted to go back and so I did, but it kept downloading and that's the problem. Even though im in EUNE or EUW region, it keeps downloading the useless data for Japanese client. And I really don't wanna download 5gb of useless data that's never gonna be used, or reinstall the whole game just because of one little misclick.

Send a ticket to riot support and see if they can do anything about it

Why is downloading 5gb a problem? It's not like you transferred your account to another region.
