Twitch Prime Help

ASEBomb5··1 votes·609 views

I have twitch prime linked to my old league of legends account but I want to transfer it to my new one. When I unlink it from twitch then link the new one and claim a reward, it goes to my old account instead of my new one. On my league account it says that this one is linked to twitch prime. Can someone help me fix this.
