dont see a change at all still

riot says BE is better than IP but, its been a long ass time since ive gotten a new champion. in the IP system by this point since the update i almost couldve bought 2 6300 IP champions. and i get it, the milestones or whatever. but, those milestones are pretty damn annoying to get to. im just now barely over level 40 and i play league all the time. so what? riot just wants us to buy their boosts to get more money from us? and in the end those boosts wont do anything. i mean what do we even get at the level 50 milestone? just over a few cheap champions? ooo maybe a useless icon and emote....
