I got friend requests from other regions

I just logged in to my account and I saw a friend request from a player in euw. I'm in na so I don't understand how that works. I know who the person is though and I've asked them if they added me but they haven't replied yet.

Same. Be getting friend requests from ppl i dont think i played with them before. Getting them on smurfs aswell.
