Whenever I see an acc with "xth acc" name in my team i try to dodge

ok so basically these people are mostly cancer. Mostly the ones with "xxth acc" trying to prove that they are toxic, that they are high elo (while in fact the most of them is silver 3). I try not to generalize and there are exceptions of course, but people with these names tend to attract attention or they'll start inting your game (T1 style probably because they're too good to play with you). They are hardly reachable, you cant talk to them, coordinate ganks or anything like that, even if you die in most cases you're gonna get insulted. They usually try engaging stupid conversations with the enemy team arguing about how this game is broken, how they got to master in few days (im exaggerating but you get the point). I don't even know how to deal with them they're so obnoxious and playing with them even when muted seems impossible.
