Is Cho'Gath... too large?

I believe the Cho'Gath in his current state is old and not cool and much too large. I present a newer** "cooler"** and "slimmer" Cho'Gath. A Cho'Gath lite if you will. Thoughts?

But if you take Cho's hugeness away, he can't effectively eat all of the skillshots for his team.
