the problems with lulu

This is a bit frustrating and I'm not sure if anyone is going to listen since my voice might not be as loud as the adc community. The nerfs to lulu's q awhile ago were a great nerf to set her place in the bot lane instead of mid. But recently the nerfs to shield duration and shield power items have just made the champ i love feel like utter garbage. Things were taken away and lulu was never compensated. It feels unfair in this meta where everything is bursting you or the other support has sustain and your wimpy 2.5 second shield is useless.

Is there any way that lulu could be buffed or give up something to receive a fix. Whether it be increasing the shield duration time for every point put into her e or buffing her passive. Maybe take away more of the damage from her q or the slow. I don't know but I'd do anything to have the balancing team take a glance at her.
