Instead of being salty about GGMF lets think about something else...what champ would have gotten an ultimate for top lane. I personally think it should/would have been Fiora since she has a lot of potential for a pretty cool/unique function (maybe a killing minigame or something) and idk Im biased I guess XD.
"Fiora Says:" Ultimate
Each of the 4 directions is one of the 4 Simon colors (blue, red, green and yellow).
Fiora's colors change based on the last vital hit. Ultimate leaves all 4 colors rotating and Fiora gets a prismatic coloration. Ultimate heal area is the 4 colors cycling with a victory tune playing.

Poppy but she's actually realized as the hero?
Garen but he's now like royal guard?
Renekton but even more aggressive and edgier?
Trundle as king of the frelyord?
Gangplank but he's corrupted by the black mist and now controls it?
