Uhh... no? That's his defining feature as a champion in addition to what makes him unique to the support role.

If they're going to nerf Pyke (which yeah, they probably should) they need to hit other areas of his kit. Not that.

Also not sure where you get a 65% cause his ban rate is 49% at most.
