Level Borders

Has Riot ever considered allowing players to choose their level borders rather than being stuck with one at a specific level? I think it would be cool if once you got to (say, level 300) you could choose any border from level 300-level 30, because some (such as level 100) are really cool and I would definitely just have them on forever if I could.
