So are the morde skins just going to get particles?

I mean I know morde probably isn't the one who has skins with base particles that REALLY don't belong there but with morde it just really hurts. Like the q outline on the ground being a mace when you have a very different shape, and just having ghostly greenish blue on abilities that don't need to be there. Infernal is pretty much the only exception.
