Riot Support

So, I have been trying to get my PBE login set up but I cant seem to get my account working getting an error each time I sign up, so i attempt to reach Riot's support. The support site appears to be down? "We were unable to connect to the support site. Wait a minute or so before trying again." Anyone else having this problem?
