Discord Webhook for patch notes

Ive been fooling around on discord lately and learning more about web hooks and wasn't sure if there was one for the league patch notes because i think that would be cool. Patch notes would just be forwarded to the community and save me the time of having to open league and log in to view the notes or go on to the website, they would just be there right in the discord.
