riot forge idea?

So I saw the preview of 'ruined king' one it looks cool and can't wait to play it. Now what I am getting form Riot forge is that it looks to produce single player modes for different champions or at least that's what I'm getting. Now I do have an idea for a champion that I made, if it goes though It would be a first person shooter. If any rioters are interested in this character I can leave a link to his short story.
