Why in the world is Jhin possibly getting a new skin I mean it's likely but for real this would be his third why is he getting all of the attention right now? he doesn't need it Illoai and Taliyah need them more because when were there latest skins released? on their release date. and Jhin really doesn't need one. and for those who don't now what i'm talking about: https://youtu.be/SDgyc2GIMNA when are others actually gonna get love? remember these creations?

Gonna be Jhin, Vi (or Riven.. white hair things), and Vayne. You can hear the sound effects of their skills/autos in it if you pay attention.

E-sports skins aren't counted when deciding if a champion can receive a skin or not.
Jhin is popular, and they've said themselves popularity is factored into who gets skins. They don't profit as much off of skins for less popular champs.

You listed Irelia and Aatrox in there.... both of which are in the middle of Reworks. Irelia was recently announced for a VGU which has been in progress and Aatrox has been known to have a GU coming. So they are ineligible for skins.

Illaoi just had a skin voting released, so she is getting a skin soon, you just have to vote on which one.

Amumu will be getting one in the future as well since he was with Blitz on the last one that got canceled (and they've already gotten Blitz done)

The rest are just up in the air.
