2019 Idea for Shyvana, new dragons, and Aatrox

I have a suggestion for Shyvana, the new dragons, and Aatrox.

Shyvana should inherit the will of each dragon on the map. The dragons should have their effects reduced slightly.

Aatrox's W should surround his area in a circle so that gap closers can stop abusing him without risk of punishment.
