Vega Frontier Edition Perofmance Issues
I find it hard to believe that a gpu that's on par with a GTX 1080 is barely able to run LoL at 144fps on max settings let alone struggle to maintain it. If my GT 730 2GB can manage 90~120fps on medium-high, this should have no issues yet I've run across a consistent issue that seems to counter that. :/ I've ran several firestrike and superposition runs, both at stock and with the -130mV undervolt I use along with a -80mV undervolt that I know is 100% stable, yet all of the benchmarks come back just fine and show that my Vega FE is running at the level a stock clocked Vega FE is supposed to be running at. Regular firestrike yields a result of 13939 total with a gpu score of 22711 and on ultra yields a total of 5422 with a gpu score of 5757. Superposition Extreme comes back at 4714. I have a hunch that it may be cpu related but I can't verify that cause I don't have another cpu to socket into my system.

States 5 thru 7 are set to 1070mV and fan speeds are at 30% minimum and 80% max with power limit at 50% and auto temperature max and targets. Windows 10 Home
To clarify, the only reason that the x5650 is being run stock is because the uncore clock on it is locked, which makes blck overclocking it tricky, especially with the oem ram I'm using. I plan on upgrading the ram later on one I have some funds available for that.
