Blitzcrank Bot Overseer
Recently, the account was perma banned due to the improper handling of a two week banned that, of course put the account on red alert. A month later passes and general ranked int'r was running it down because he lost scuttle and blamed team. Nothing too out of the ordinary and, while it wasn't the best, I called him a POS, whole team did because well he ran it down and threw the game. Again, wasn't the nicest thing, but Ranked is more of a competitive environment where personally I feel griefing and ragequit is a much more serious sin than getting called a harsh name. Next game I was still a little fired up you know, so when clown stuff started happening, I said something along the lines of we can just go next if you don't want to win.
Regardless, this lead into a permanent suspension. The real issue again comes into play about how the two week suspension was carried out. I was being told to be reported for calling a player the N word and I guess F word ( a lot of letter words these days unless you want a 2 week), so I said, yo I'm not calling this guy **** or ****, but I forgot the "or." This resulted in a 2 week suspension, but later I found it was simply for saying the word. I was told that the word is NEVER allowed on the rift, but after reading through a lot of Riot policies, there is nothing that states my usage should have banned punishable, let alone given a 2 week. Actually, I was the only part to even receive a two week in all of this, the other is still playing.
Of course I keep appealing because the account was pristine for 9 years, and without the 2 week ban, there is no way I likely would have even gotten a chat restriction for the POS report. I believe I'm on my 6th support member now, I have a lottt of free time to invest in these appeals as I lost my account, and have most recently been told it isn't necessarily that they won't fix my issue, but rather they CAN'T fix my issue. Supposedly, once a report and punishment is made on your account, Riot Support can pretty much only read back what the blitzcrank bot is, not really sure why they do this as it often comes across as mocking, but also, they can't directly make any decisions on their own unless it was someone somehow banned by a bug. They literally can't make a single appeal decision unless Riot itself changes procedure. Maybe I missed something, but I thought that Riot support was still a way to have human interaction with your case, I did not realize the entire system these days has been COMPLETELY automated besides manual reports. I suppose another issue, though this is a support issue, is despite never using the racist or homophobic remark except to say I'm not calling someone such, the entirety of the staff I talk to now treats me like I'm a hate speech advocator and that I hold race pride parades daily. I'm also not sure if this was on purpose, but the employee definitely should refrain from such. As my issue was due to leaving out an "or," the staff I talked to changed "as" to "ass." Maybe not on purpose, but sure felt pretty mocking at the time.
All in all, it's just really disappointing to be treated this way after so long. Yeah, I'll apologize for calling a call a POS and for treating some teammates poorly a few games, but this is a relatively rare case, because if it wasn't, I would have been banned likely 7-9 years ago. The staff also assume that you spend every game toxic and negative, that or maybe a 1 day account and 9 year old account as the same in their eyes. Just kind of wild that such a large game can be manipulated so easily. I'm not really sure what to do to get my account back at this point, like I said, support just told me support was dead and to come here. One support staff said "just make a new account" but then also proceeded to say that the 100's of dollars I have on here and decade old collectibles will be left behind, not a bad idea...
