Increase Level Cap For Ranked

Increase the level cap to start ranking to level 100. Make it more of a grind for smurfs/alt accounts, it wont fix the issue entirely but it will slow down the rate to which it occurs and who wants to make a new account and spend a huge amount of time just to crap on people in ranked. This could also slow down the rate at which newbies get into ranked, because by the time their accounts are level 100 they have a good amount of mechanics and game knowledge (hopefully). Upon enforcing this feature, lock ranked for all accounts below 100. It’s so simple. Even with boosts it’ll still take a long time. Level 30 is sooo easy to get now and the game just gives you champions so the 25 minimum isn’t even an issue either. “But I don’t have the time to level up my account.” Then you don’t have the time to ruin my climb. Go play some norms you casual.
