Petition to change our Login Screen for the client

I just want to be able to my Login Screen to Jhin's login screen. I'm think it would be unlikely for there to be an update for the Login Screen where people can edit it since most people won't even have the Login Screen in screen on for more than 10 seconds and it would probably take too much work and there is probably a lot more important things to work on but I just hoping the sometimes in the future we can be able to edit it.
