@RIOT Item Set Improvements
While item sets may not be widely used, there are a few quality of life changes (some I'd imagine easy to implement) that I'd personally love to see.
First topic: sorting. Sorting alphabetically (according to how you name your set) would be wonderful. If you wanted to go hog wild, it'd be amazing to be able to switch the order of item sets like you can with the blocks within them. Still, just alphabetical sorting (in addition to - or outright replacing - order of creation) would be a major improvement.
Second topic: champion select screen. Being able to view item sets (just the names) available for the champion you've locked in would help SO MUCH. It may be a bit more difficult, but I'd legitimately pay to make it happen. I have rune choice shorthand in the name of each item set, like the first preset one being P1211 SX023. Knowing what runes to start with and tweak for a match up - because memorizing every champion's preferred runes for every build is extremely inefficient - is invaluable when you only have two or three item sets. The ability to view their contents, like the rune menu, may be even less plausible, but it'd bring me tears of joy.
Something to consider... Should item sets be visible on the champion select screen, I'd imagine their use would skyrocket. Sure, a lot of people still wouldn't use them, but everyone would know they exist.
That being said, thank you so much for all you've done for item sets already. The patch you brought them back made me happier than any 
buff or change ever has. I love theory crafting, planning for multiple outcomes, and putting everything I need in one place. Item sets make all of that easier. It's honestly what brought me back to League.
