Can we get a "Ping Restriction"?

I see posts about ping restriction on board before but before pings aren't so much of a problem compare to now so "ping restriction" never became a thing. Now, since we got a "Area is warded" and "(Champion)- is Alive / Respawn in ?? seconds" ping, its way more tilting than just getting question marks. It also makes you miss the actual useful pings. Spammers should get a "ping restriction" like chat restriction since they're only make bad use of the pinging system.
