Why does every game of ranked this season after jan has been bad and hard

jan was fun and the best time i have ever played ranked now its getting to the point where i have very bad players in my games like i have a plat 2 in my silver games wtf riot? like i am getting plat players or were plat players last season in ranked when i am silver 1 and its not even in promos this kind of crap is what makes me not want to play the game i love and like to play riot fix it please ranked shouldn't be like this and no i am not a smurf not boosted i got to where i am by playing your game and through hard work
