Suggestion on re-rolling skin shards!!

Hey Riot, I had a suggestion on re-rolling skin shards... It is difficult enough to acquire large amounts of Orange Essence for a skin shard you want to redeem unless you constantly disenchant shards. For example, I recently got the Project Yi skin shard off the 10-year prize but it cost 1k+ Orange Essence. I would like to get this skin and I have enough, but it's just too risky for me to spend a third of the OE I currently have. I also have skin shards for champions I don't even use and when I re-roll for 3 shards, I get a lame 500RP worth skin that would give me only about 100 OE if I disenchant it. I would like to propose giving us a skin ONLY for the champions we own/have the highest Mastery points with when we re-roll to a skin permanent. It is ridiculous to basically throw Orange Essence away only to receive a skin permanent for a champion we don't own or barely use. Please change this!! :(
