Perma-Ban for Chat restrictions Unfair
So recently I was Permabanned on my main account which was created all they way back in season 2, and the reason was for chat toxicity. Ive spoken to several Riot members about this ban and Skeletor advised that I came to the discussion board and ask the community as well as hope other riot employees that are part of the development team notice this post. My account, with thousands of hours and hundreds of dollars sunk in, was permabanned for it's "final strike." The unnerving part of this is that none of these bans were due to chating, inting, hate speech, or anything. All banter. All "trash talk." The issues that I brought up with the Riot employees involved their statute of limitations, and that is, what is it? My account recieved a total of 5 chat restrictions before being executed in an untimely manner. That is on average a chat restriction once every 2 YEARS. So essentially, every 2 years, I could have a bad game and lash out at the opponent, but speak nothing about them on a personal level and keep it strictly gameplay related, and end up losing the account. So my question to all of you, do you think this is fair? Shouldn't there be more information given about this, rather than some blitzcrank bot saying you hurt their feelings so you can't talk for 10 games. A simple bar showing if you're in the red zone could even help deter this manner of speaking, but none of this exists. I simply hit my "final strike" after 10 years and received a permaban because there is no sliding scale of ban level to show how close you are to that "final strike." You can go 2 years straight of nothing, talk in all chat 1 time, and get permabanned. I believe a change needs to be made.
