League of Legends feels absolutely ruined for me, right now.

Every single game I've played today has been nothing but champions face-tanking hordes of damage and just sustaining through it.

There is sustain pouring out of every orifice in this game and there's no way to deal with it.

GW is absolutely useless. GW was supposed to be a debuff to counter champions with sustain in their kit coupled with sustain items that became a nightmare.

Now it won't stop a champion that has zero sustain in their kit and MAYBE one lifesteal item.

It's not fun. There's nothing fun about constantly punishing people for their mistakes and there being no consequences.

Could build grievous wounds.... I agree with you that riot breaks 3 things with every 1 they try to fix. It's a feedback loop. They can't leave well enough alone, but of course it comes down to skins money, so they artificially inflate certain champs a month or so before announcing a skin. That champ gets a nice 51-55% win rate and Riot walks away to count their shekels.
