the following is the penalty info when i reinstall the game. There are format issue that needs to be fixed. The first issue is the text is all together when pasted in textpad(looks normal here). The second issue(which should be the primary issue) is that there is no conversation recorded. Either respect or insult is not a one-side thing. Judging from one person's text is not fair enough. I will no deny that I insulted people. I speak English to you because most of you understand English, I insult them because they have problem understanding civilized language. I learned such trash talk from here after all. In game 1, i began with pretty casual and friendly attitude, discussing strategies and tips but as the whole team is throwing and flaming, I decided to put on my bad guy hat. In game two, the other player started with unfriendly moves first, but its not shown in the log to be judged. The mechanism needs to be improved to provide a rather fair result. The third issue is there should be a "I don't understand" button. Although its function is overlapping with uninstall, you should respect harmless different voices.

You are responsible for your chat. It doesn't matter if someone else starts it. You adding to the toxicity isn't going to help, ever.

As far as Riot is concerned, that's retaliation and harassment. As far as I'm concerned, you had options other than being a dick.

The point of the punishment system is for YOU to change what you're doing. Not for you to try to highlight toxicity from other players.

What Rito is concerning will not solve problem at all. Dicks will keep being dicks, teletubies will keep being teletubies till they are sick of it and i will be me as always.

The point of my post isnt denying i was a dick atm, how would this system be convincing if it only punishing the retaliation and even worse protect the source of the problem? What if your team just simply mute you and make your 30min point less? I have been filed so many reports for almost 3 years, only 1 got respond recently and level up my honor to 3. Now without warning I got chat restriction for 10 games, honor locked, and for the rest of the games basically every game I have 2-3 typical "toxic" players in my team that I assume its the matchmaking algorithm working. And not surprisingly those games became freak shows. I was ok with it because i decided to pick champs that wont make much contribution so when others fucked up the frustration wouldn't be much. And I learned more ways of being dicks from them too. This so called punishment doent change anything but annoying me. I would still be me, be a teletubby to other teletubbies, and be a dick to other dicks but by the rule this time. And since the whole mechanism is extremely unfriendly to solo que players, I would keep complaining till they realize something no matter how rare the solo players are.

To be honest, Riot should really consider more before ppl completely lost interest in this company's only success. As for you, thanks for sharing
