Cannot Claim Current Twitch Rewards

I cannot claim my Twitch Prime Rewards. Every time I click the claim button, it just spins around doing nothing. About a month or so ago I was suspended for two weeks. I got to honor level one as well. Am I not allowed to claim any Twitch Prime rewards because of this? Is the free rewards thing permanent?
