Toho Animation is Producing an Animated Godzilla Trilogy

It's going to be written by Gen Urobuchi (Madoka Magica, Fate/Zero, Psycho-Pass), co-directed by Hiroyuki Seshita (Ajin) and Kobun Shizuno (Knights of Sidonia), and animated by Polygon Pictures (Knights of Sidonia, Ajin, Blame!). It's planned to be the first film in a trilogy. The English title is translated to "Godzilla: Monster Planet" or "Godzilla: Planet of Monsters". It's going to be available on Netflix sometime after its theatrical release in November 2017. The voice actors include Mamoru Miyano (Light / Death Note), Takahiro Sakurai (Osomatsu / Osomatsu-san), Kana Hanazawa (Angel / Angel Beats!), and many more big-name seiyuu.
