So I keep getting these surveys thru my E-mail and I fill them out every time however, I seems to me like... and I "ask" DOES riot actually read any of them? or am I just Wasting my time??

Truthfully Speaking I want my voice to be heard on some issues however, I haven't seem much change in the community nor the toxic game-play we all face daily...

Today I marked that Email as "spam". It just wont make a difference.... Sadly.[sg-soraka]

They use a text analyzer to observe key words that are mentioned. There was actually an interesting post like a month or two ago where they showed a bunch of keywords describing how players felt about various champions that they got from surveys and what identities the community saw out of them.
