Don't know where to post this - Question regarding Prestige Fuzz Fizz

So I'm wondering, if I do not own Fizz (newer account so I don't have him yet), and I unlock Prestige Fuzz Fizz, do I get the champion as well, or is that not the case? Unsure if I want to even use the Prestige on the skin, but that would be a reason to do it if I get Fizz as well.
