Please Make It Possible To Have All Voice Options For All Servers

I would prefer my game audio to be in Russian and considering Riot changed their programming to not allow programs like LOL VOC to work anymore, I think that there should be all languages supported on all servers for people who speak and understand other languages better. Just a thought. Thanks!
