Gifting chroma skins

I was thinking about gifting someone the chroma skins for Cosmic Lulu so i decided to go test it out. For some reason it doesn't show up as as an option in the store at all? Went through the forums and found that 2 years ago someone from riot said that gifting chroma's are currently "Disabled" but we should wait until they're enabled again. I think 2 years is long enough in terms of waiting for this to be enabled lmao... Especially when chroma's are starting to look a lot better than they first did when they came out 2 years ago. Anyways, I was just wondering if there is a way we could get this attentioned to riot directly and seeing what the community opion is in regards to this situation.
