In what universe they thought this is a god damn cool to add execution?
This is perhaps a bugg but this is absolutely beyond disgusting and most terrible mechanics they have ever implemented.

It has to be bugged.
I just uploaded a clip of a cait one shotting my carry from 100% health. The auto attack lands, takes 40% of the health, and my carry is immediately executed by elder for the other 60%.

So far the two clips that elder looks busted on seems to be caitlyn... perhaps it has something to do with her and the buff?
Even if the bug on Caitlyn gets fixed, this new elder buff mechanic is pure toxicity.
That definitely looks like a bug. I had it in a game and it functioned as intended. The only time it killed was when someone was under the execute threshold, which is shown on the healthbar.
