Kled Skin and my thoughts on Skin trends and current Kled bugs

I'm actually disappointed at the number of fellow Kled mains who mentions skins but don't say anything about a Dragon Trainer skin. By far the best potential skin for Kled would be a Dragon Trainer (opinion). It's also saddening that Riot has not made at least another skin yet; Kled has been out for 2 years now and I have been one tricking him since release. He is not a dead champion that has average stats and a solid main rate among players. I have over 800k mastery points on this little man and i'm stuck with a Chocobo skin (Skaarl looks amazing!! The same cannot be said for Kled). I understand Riot would like to make skins that maximize profit given this game is a free game and they want gains. However lets be honest, after 2 year I feel like some time should have been dedicated time into a Kled skin. The new illaoi skin for example, its been like 6 month since you mentioned it and it has gone no where; Meanwhile others skins for popular champs are coming out left and right. Makes me sad. I hope i'm not the only one feeling this way atm. I mean their are other champions in a similar situation, some being . I also would like to address the building Kled bugs and the ones that have been around for some time. One of them is the 4th strike on my W not going off if is was to level it up as it was active This one has been out for ages, (annoying but not super crucial). The one that has been happening very frequent is my ult pathing not following its trail. I understand Kleds ult will not always go where you want it to if boxed off by Anivia wall ect. But this is not the case my ult is going the wrong direction, causing my team to go the wrong way because the speed trail show one was and i'm charging the other way. Also their are some instances where my team does not receive the speed boost at all from my R, This is really bad because 9/10 time I die and its ranked. WELP. The last big one that has been happening is my ult is getting body blocked after it locks on to a target. for example, I will lock on to an adc with my ult then a Malphlite will step in front of the adc and take my ult. Preventing me from being able to latch and delete my target, ultimately getting me killed. Please let me know what you think about this! Thanks!
