They should do what they did with the beemo skin with every skin

skins are a lot more exciting when they're spontaneous and surprising I think they should release the skins before the patch update like they did with beemo to surprise the players rather than having us anticipate for 2 weeks whether or not well even get it, does anyone else agree?

IIRC, Beemo is an experiment to see if Riot can handle doing it that way.

I imagine legendary and ultimate skins would still appear on the PBE for testing, though, to scout for particle/VO bugs.
