I got an email stating my account was perma banned because of third party software, which in the 2 games i think i was banned off of i was working. I dont know what i should semd im my ticket to help show it wasnt me hacking besides the fact ive been playing on an alt account on the same pc/client as i play my main on.

Every time I hear someone claiming they got hacked, my brain :
1 ) You got phished cause you're doing something you're not supposed to be doing, I.E. buying scripts. 2 ) You got phished cause you're 80 years old and this is the first time you're on the internet and got an e-mail from someone claiming to be from Riot and needs your account information. 3 ) You're lying and you were just caught cheating.
Those are your only options. Pick one.
